Project Summary:

After several years of hard work, the current situation in public safety communications is not solving the interoperability problems between different agencies. A unified nationwide 3GPP MCX deployment is not well received by many agencies, which require more flexible solutions to their needs. This project aims at bringing the lessons learnt from the European-wide BroadPort solution for inter-agency communications, based on 3GPP MCX standard procedures.
